Marietta SenkatukaMuwanga-Ssevume has over 20 years’ experience driving innovation, building organisational/country/team/individual capabilities and maximising the impact of multi-million dollar development and security programmes globally.
Currently working for the World Bank Group, her past appointments span regional leadership for major UN initiatives including UNICEF and the World Food Programme (WFP), as well as ICT strategy and operations for the United Nations peacekeeping efforts in Sudan and the DR Congo. She is passionate about enabling change within communities, empowering and engaging girls and women across matrix environments, initiating innovation and brokering highly-productive partnerships which engender sustainable change whilst building both assets and skills for young people in diverse geographical communities.
